Upon booking our services through the Square Appointment platform you become a Client and agree to any/all payment, processing, additional fees and/or terms/guidelines outlined therein in general or as individually stated within each service. As a Client you also agree not to hold your chosen professional shopper/mobile concierge d.b.a. Elite Market Shops responsible for any issues arising thereof, including, but not limited to, missing or incorrect order items, additional mileage fees, cancellation fees, etc. as a result of not reading any/all terms of service and/or guidelines and/or not providing sufficient or correct order information upon booking. It is the full responsibility of each client to fully read our terms, conditions and guidelines both on our website and in each description of the specific service you have chosen to book. Upon booking, you become our Client, and are bound by all terms and conditions by default.

While we pride ourselves on professionalism, care and transparency, and will always work with our clients to alleviate any issues and ensure the best experience, we reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice and/or refuse service at our discretion.
